Sales Manager - Hawalli
We are currently hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hawalli. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the sales team on best practices
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services and handle customer inquiries/complaints
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Hawalli region
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in Hawalli
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Hawalli, Kuwait. Only candidates currently residing in Kuwait will be considered.
