Senior Electrical Engineer in Eldoret, Kenya

Our engineering firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to lead and manage projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for various projects
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
