As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed plans and blueprints, and ensuring that all structures comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their project requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate project updates to clients regularly and make revisions based on their feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology for continuous improvement of design processes.
