We are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing metal structures and equipment using various tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine materials required and dimensions to be fabricated
- Cut, shape, and join metal pieces using welding equipment such as arc welders, gas torches, and plasma cutters
- Perform welding repairs on damaged metal parts or structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal sheets or pipes using a ruler or template
- Operate power tools such as grinders, drills, saws, and shears to shape and smooth metal surfaces
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Keep track of inventory levels for metal materials and tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Experience with hand and power tools used in metalworking
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
