CNC Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Pula. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and instruments. You will also be responsible for monitoring the machines, conducting quality checks, and making adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine setup
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make any necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including time, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Clean and maintain machines on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in machining preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of G-code programming preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct precise measurements using various tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy materials, and operate machinery safely
Salary: $1200 per month
