English Tutor



We are seeking a highly motivated English Tutor to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students of all ages and levels. Your main focus will be on improving students' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials that are tailored to the needs of individual students
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices and resources
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of English language teaching

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Teaching, Education, Linguistics or related field
- Previous experience as a tutor or teacher is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with learners of different backgrounds and ages
- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship
