Facade Technician
Location: Alta, Norway


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades and exterior cladding systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials and techniques, as well as experience with facade installation and repair.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on commercial and residential buildings according to specifications
- Repair damaged or deteriorating facades using appropriate techniques and materials
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure their longevity
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation of facades on new construction projects
- Troubleshoot issues with existing facades and provide effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, materials, and techniques in order to provide the best service possible

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or repair
- Strong understanding of building materials and techniques related to facade work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in facade installation or related field
- Experience working with different types of cladding systems such as glass, stone, metal panels, etc.
