Experienced Truck Driver

We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over various distances in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of trucks including semi-trucks, flatbeds, and box trucks
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and loaded onto the truck
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to management
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transport

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Truck Driver
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair techniques
- Good physical stamina for long hours of driving
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1700 per month

This position is open to candidates from Canada or the Philippines who have valid work permits or are able to obtain one. No English language proficiency is required for this job. We welcome candidates who already have their own visa and can legally work in Kenya.
