We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. You will also perform quality inspections to ensure the finished product meets industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to fabricate metal components
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Perform quality checks on welded joints to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications
- Inspect materials prior to welding to identify any defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Must have experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Familiarity with the safe operation of various welding equipment
- Attention to detail with strong quality control skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
$1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Malindi, Kenya (accommodation provided)
