We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients in Multan. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other technology peripherals
- Train users on new systems or software updates
- Maintain records of client interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments and trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa for working in Multan (visa sponsorship available)

- Certification in computer support or relevant technology (e.g. CompTIA A+)
