Entry-Level Baker

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker. As an integral part of our bakery team, you will assist in preparing and baking a variety of delicious goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in baking and has a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking various bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
