Senior Architect - Part Time (Funchal, Portugal)

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects in Funchal, Portugal. You will work part-time, allowing for a flexible schedule that fits your needs. This role is suitable for experienced professionals who are looking for a part-time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Review contractor bids and select the most suitable option for each project
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
