Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our busy restaurant in Almada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Develop strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Create new menu items or specials in collaboration with the chef
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and evaluate new staff members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and controlling costs
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

This position is located in Almada.
