Concierge for English Speaking Full Time Job in Sharjah, UAE



We are hiring a customer service oriented Concierge to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to guests and residents of our facility. This is a full time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations and inquiries.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Handle guest requests such as booking reservations or arranging transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to all requests or concerns.
- Ensure all guests are satisfied with their experience by following up on requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, services, events and activities.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently.
