Administrative Assistant in Medina
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
Salary: 1700$

Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Nepali
