Job Title: Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant located in Dar Kulaib. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial goals. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Manage and train staff members
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain financial goals and budgeting
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Hospitality or Business Management
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Multilingual abilities
- Previous experience working in the Middle East
