Senior Architecture Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project budgets and timelines.
- Review and approve designs, materials, and construction methods.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks as needed.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or project management.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
