We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for repairs
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs from tenants or clients
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/certification training in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month

Work Schedule: Part-time
