Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners to generate bookings
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Create and implement sales plans and budgets to achieve revenue targets
- Train and motivate sales team members to meet sales goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, events, and reservations) to ensure effective coordination of sales efforts
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a hotel in Ashdod or the surrounding area
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management strategies
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod, Israel
