Debt Collection Specialist

As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. Your main duties will include reviewing customer accounts, contacting clients to request payment, and negotiating payment plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communicating with management regarding potential legal action.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in debt collection or a similar role is preferred. As this is a part-time position, you must be able to work flexible hours. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
