We are currently hiring for the position of Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Shanghai, China. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at high altitudes in industrial settings, using specialized equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial alpinism tasks such as cleaning, painting, and maintenance work at heights.
- Inspect and maintain equipment used for alpinism activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Industrial Alpinist.
- Proficient in using specialized equipment such as ropes, harnesses, ascenders, etc.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism (e.g. IRATA).
