Industrial Alpinist in Shan



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Shan. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing tasks at elevated heights using specialized equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct industrial rope access work at various heights and locations.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair structures or equipment at elevated positions.
- Perform tasks such as painting, welding, cleaning, or installation while suspended from ropes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Accurately document work activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to project deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism or a related field.
- Certification in industrial rope access techniques (IRATA, SPRAT, etc.).
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Availability to travel for short-term projects.

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
