Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Multan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask while maintaining a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Biometric passport or National ID is preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.
Location:
This position is located in Multan, Pakistan. However, applicants from other cities are also welcome to apply.
