We are in need of a skilled Roofer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to design plans
- Repair or replace damaged or worn out roofing materials
- Ensure proper ventilation and insulation on the roof
- Adhere to safety regulations and use protective equipment while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and measurements
- Familiarity with different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
