QA Engineer

We are hiring a skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ufa. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your main duties will include conducting manual and automated tests, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. You will also be responsible for creating test plans and documentation, as well as continuously improving our testing processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of software development processes. Experience with manual and automated testing tools is also required. Additionally, strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated tests on software products
- Identify and report bugs or defects
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create test plans, test cases, and other documentation
- Continuously improve testing processes
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Strong knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
