Administrative Director
We are a reputable organization in Al-Wakra seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of our company. This includes but is not limited to supervising staff, creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of administrative departments including HR, finance, and facilities management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage department budgets, monitor expenses, and make necessary adjustments
- Supervise staff members, provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth functioning of the organization
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or staff
Salary: 1700$ per month
