Handyman/ Maintenance Technician


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/ Maintenance Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Handyman/ Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building facilities and equipment. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours or supplemental income.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building facilities such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and others
- Diagnose issues and provide efficient solutions
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure all facilities are in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or working in tight spaces
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Kuwait (own visa)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Kuwait. Preference will be given to Indian candidates but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
