Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, both indoors and outdoors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify any repairs needed
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Replace light bulbs, fix leaky faucets, unclog drains, and other minor repairs as needed
- Paint walls, touch up trim, and perform other general maintenance tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash
- Keep track of inventory for supplies needed for repairs
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while performing tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects or equipment if necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work on weekends or evenings if needed

Salary:
As a Full-time Handyman in Al-Kuwait, you will receive a salary of 1700$, along with benefits such as free visa and ticket.
