Experienced Handyman in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect properties for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor
- Install and repair fixtures and appliances such as faucets, toilets, and light fixtures
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Handle emergencies such as leaks or power outages in a timely manner
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory and request replacements when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in various hand tools and equipment used for repairs
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks on a daily basis
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid work visa (own visa preferred)
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm Sunday through Thursday. The company will provide accommodation for the employee. However,the candidate should have their own valid work visa.
