Supply Manager

As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain and inventory management for our company in Riyadh. Your main goal will be to ensure that all products and materials are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner, while maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure timely deliveries. You will also be responsible for forecasting supply needs, managing budgets, and developing procurement strategies to optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery
- Develop procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or delays
- Forecast supply needs based on sales data and market trends
- Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, and logistics to coordinate supply needs
- Develop relationships with new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing ones
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management techniques, and procurement strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience working in Riyadh is preferred but not required

Salary: $1200 per month
