Experienced Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al Buraymi. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
