Restaurant Manager - Egyptian Cuisine
As the Restaurant Manager for our Egyptian cuisine establishment in Sofia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high-quality service standards, and drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling shifts and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Egyptian cuisine and culture is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control methods
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
