Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to create functional and efficient spaces for manufacturing, storage, and distribution. This position is ideal for an Indian candidate with a strong interest in architecture and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and progress of construction
- Ensure that designs comply with safety standards and regulations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong interest in industrial architecture and design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn from senior architects

Salary: The starting salary for this position is 1700$. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location: This position is based in Moscow. However, candidates from other cities or countries are also welcome to apply.
