Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant (Bungoma, Philippines)


We are in search of a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team as a Nutrition Consultant. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing clients' dietary needs and creating personalized meal plans to help them achieve their health goals. This includes providing counseling and education on nutrition, developing specialized diets for medical conditions, and monitoring client progress.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of nutrition principles and be able to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience in working with Filipinos and proficiency in English are preferred but not required. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments for clients and develop personalized meal plans
- Provide education on healthy eating habits and the importance of proper nutrition
- Create specialized diets for clients with medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or food allergies
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Proven experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist (experience working with Filipinos is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (proficiency in English is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and ability to interpret scientific research
- Empathetic nature and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bungoma, Philippines
