Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines to ensure efficient production. You should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical knowledge of machine operations.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to prevent malfunctions
- Keep detailed records of production output and machine maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of machine operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred:
- Experience operating specific types of machinery (e.g. CNC machines)
- Certification or training in machine operation
