As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries for our bakery in Gujrat. You will use your creativity and expertise to develop new recipes and improve existing ones. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Diploma in culinary arts or relevant field
- Preference for candidates with previous experience in a bakery setting

Responsibilities:
- Develop new pastry recipes and improve existing ones based on customer feedback
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures
- Oversee the production team to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
- Collaborate with other chefs to create unique pastries for special occasions or events
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen at all times
- Train new pastry team members on techniques, recipes, and safety protocols

Salary:
