We are a growing construction company seeking a skilled Finisher and Detailer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Finisher and Detailer, you will be responsible for the final touches on our projects, ensuring that all surfaces are smooth, level, and free of imperfections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes and cracks, and sealing joints
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Smooth out uneven surfaces using sandpaper or power sanders
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired finish
- Inspect finished work for any defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and techniques
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
