Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction, and managing the staff and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and maintenance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or concerns
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain necessary supplies while minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes as needed
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet budget goals
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Must have legal authorization to work in Porto without visa sponsorship

Salary: $1700 per month (based on experience)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
