Milling Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. This role will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating milling machines, strong mechanical aptitude, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the milling process
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality parts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
