Milling Machine Operator

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts
- Read blueprints and job instructions to determine machine settings
- Adjust machine controls and tool settings as needed
- Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain machinery by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating milling machines preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of metal properties and machining processes
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Own visa for working in Dubrovnik (sponsorship not provided)
- Willingness to live in company-provided accommodation

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
