Restaurant Manager - St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Nepali-English speaking individual, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, finances, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain budgets, schedules and reports to track performance and make necessary adjustments
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they adhere to company policies and provide excellent service to customers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Work closely with the chef to ensure that food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
- Fluent in both Nepali and English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff towards achieving common goals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high levels of hygiene at all times

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
