We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying sealants
- Mix plaster materials according to project specifications
- Apply plaster to surfaces using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Smooth and finish plastered surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
