A reputable construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. We are looking for a candidate with experience in plastering and English speaking abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and filling in any cracks or holes
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Mix and apply plaster evenly to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Smooth out any imperfections using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with other team members and contractors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This position does not include accommodation, so the candidate must be able to arrange their own living arrangements.
