Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to help inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from the data
- Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain databases for efficient storage and retrieval of data
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, R or Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are able to work legally in Lithuania. This is a full-time position but we are open to discussing part-time arrangements for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship may be provided for exceptional candidates.
