Fitter for Industrial Equipment - Sheduva, Lithuania



We are in search of a skilled Fitter for Industrial Equipment to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. This is a full-time position and we welcome candidates of Indian nationality who possess a valid work visa.

As a Fitter for Industrial Equipment, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of industrial machinery and equipment. Your duties will include inspecting equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing repairs and replacements, and ensuring that all machinery is functioning properly and safely.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as an industrial fitter or in a similar position. You should also possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Good physical stamina is also important as this job may involve lifting heavy objects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect machinery and equipment for any defects or malfunctions
- Diagnose issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform repairs or replacements on faulty parts
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities performed
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot problems
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an industrial fitter or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
