Fitter Technician


We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter Technician to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and physical stamina to perform tasks such as welding, cutting, and fitting pipes and other metal components.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan the layout of plumbing, heating, or ventilation systems
- Measure and cut pipes according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Weld, solder, or braze fittings together to create a secure joint
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, air conditioning units, etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with pipes or equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter Technician or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with welding techniques such as MIG/TIG welding
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial settings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Certification in welding or plumbing

Salary:
$1400 per month
