Preservation Architect – Heritage Restoration Specialist

We are currently seeking a Preservation Architect with expertise in heritage restoration to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while maintaining their original character and cultural significance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research and evaluation of historical buildings and structures to determine appropriate restoration methods.
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for the conservation of historical buildings.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of restored buildings.
- Overseeing restoration projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out according to conservation standards and regulations.
- Utilizing traditional building techniques and materials to maintain the authenticity of historical structures.
- Providing guidance and support to clients on suitable maintenance practices for preserving historical buildings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Preservation Architect or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation techniques, materials, and regulations.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze historical data.
- Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
