Senior Architect - Triesen, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead design meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Research and select appropriate materials for construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely project completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Liechtenstein preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
