Pastry Chef
We are in search of an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Balzers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious desserts, as well as a strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating new menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising pastry staff, and ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed. Additionally, the Pastry Chef will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new dessert menu items that appeal to our customers
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise pastry staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed in the pastry kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with strong leadership abilities
- Creativity and passion for baking

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (we welcome Malayalee applicants)
Language: English (fluency preferred)
