Job Title: Formworker Supervisor



As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers in the construction of structures such as buildings, bridges, and roads. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of formworkers to ensure they are working efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time
- Train new employees on proper techniques for constructing formwork
- Inspect workmanship of formwork to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate with project managers, architects, and engineers regarding project progress
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by team members at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a formworker or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and equipment related to formwork
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods of time, etc.
- Must be able to work full-time and live on-site in provided accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi but candidates from any nationality can apply.
